No two recoveries look alike. We start where you are.

One-on-One
Recovery Session
Private work with a practitioner who has read your intake, studied your movement, and built a session around your specific history — not a generic program.
- Full movement screening on first visit
- Injury-specific suspension protocols
- Home practice between sessions
Small Group Session
Three to five people. Guided suspension work in a room where everyone is rebuilding something. The collective quiet is its own kind of medicine.

We read the body
before we touch it.
Every practitioner at Suspend holds dual certification in suspension therapy and corrective exercise. Before your first session, we read your intake notes, study your surgical reports if you have them, and spend the first fifteen minutes watching you walk, sit, and breathe.
We are not a gym. We are not a clinic. We are the space between discharge and confidence — where the work of recovery becomes the work of living.
- Certified Suspension Training Specialists (STS-II)
- Corrective Exercise Specialists (NASM-CES)
- Post-Rehabilitation Fitness Specialists

Your first session is the hardest one to book.
After that, your body takes over.
